Circumcision NSW is situated near Penrith and the Blue Mountains, was started in 1983 by Dr Sheen.

This provides a private and personalised service. He has performed over 2500 circumcisions.

Dr Sheen also runs a private Family Medical Practice and is a Lecturer in General Practice at the University of Sydney.

He is actively involved in medical education both as a tutor and examiner.

He has undertaken regular volunteer work promoting primary care in Fiji.
